Committed to high standards at every stage, we are proud of our extensive in-house technical expertise. To make it as straightforward as possible for you to access any of the technical support services you need from us, they are all provided from our head office in Fribourg, Switzerland.

You can obtain technical support for Energy products by contacting Customer support (Energy) in Switzerland or using the enquiry form.


If required, you can have an installation of Vibro-Meter® products at your site supervised by our own experts. We will then test and validate the whole measurement chain. This site acceptance test (SAT) gives you peace of mind that the system is installed to the specification and will protect your machines to the level you would expect.

Factory acceptance tests (FATs)

Would you like to come to our factory in Switzerland to enjoy the peace of mind of witnessing the tests on your system? We can prepare customized test plans do demonstrate the configuration against your requirements. Physical and quality inspection of your delivery as well as documentation review can be performed for you to avoid any surprise after delivery.
